Shipping information & costs

We ship worldwide.

  • European Union (EU) Countries, Norway & Switzerland

Currently, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over 350 €. If the total value of the order is less than 350 €, the shipping cost will be 20 €.

  • International shipping

For non-European Union countries the shipping cost is based on the destination, weight and volume of the parcel. You may request a shipping quote by filling in the form on the product page. We will provide you with a quote in two business days.

Delivery times

Your order will be shipped from us in three weeks. We believe that everything worth having is worth waiting for. All of our products are handmade in Finland one by one and we only use the best natural materials, and acquiring them takes time.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but promise that the wait is worth it. You can always contact our customer service if you have special needs.

The delivery time depends on the shipping destination and method.

Duties & taxes

All international customers purchasing will be served as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs (where applicable) will be invoiced to you directly from our courier or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you to contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion, as some countries have thresholds where no import taxes or duty fees will need to be paid.

If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they will be responsible for these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Sir Kolke is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.


Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange policy

If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service at shop@sirkolke.com. In the case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please attach clear pictures of the item and its package to your email. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.

You have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery. This returns policy does not extend to products, which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes. The customer has the right to return an item if:

1. The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying Sir Kolke within 14 days of delivery,
2. The item has not been used,
3. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package,
4. The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent package.

The item must be returned immediately after cancellation.

If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage.

A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.

All international returns must be marked clearly on the outside with ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid import duty. Any import duty that is incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Upon receipt of the goods we will credit the purchaser with the purchase price less any handling charge which may have been incurred. We will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage. We recommend that an insured service is used to ensure safe arrival of the return.
